Claims Settlement
We provide comprehensive claim settlement services with all insurance companies in the Czech Republic. We aim to make the entire process easier for you. Towing of an inoperable vehicle to a repair shop and provision of a replacement vehicle (absolutely free of charge if insured) is taken for granted in our company. We will be happy to make all necessary arrangements associated with an insured event with your insurance company for you based on your authorisation. We will report the accident, have the car inspected by the insurance company’s technician and make mane other arrangements.

Problematic Damage Claims
We can also handle problematic damage claims which are settled via ČKP (Czech Insurers’ Bureau). If you are not sure what to do when involved in an accident, contact us and we will be happy to make all the necessary arrangements for you.
Documents Required for Claim Settlement
- Certificate of roadworthiness for the car
- Driver’s licence of the driver involved in the accident
- If you have a lease or a loan, a copy of the contract and insurance damage waiver cancellation (we will request it from the leasing company)
- Accident report
- Insurance claim number (if the insured event has already been reported)
